I'd just like to point out the Mets were picked to finish no better than tied for third in those projections. It's going to be a long year at Citi Field.
ReplyDeleteThe thing that sticks out the most to me are the unanimous picks, like St Louis to win the NL central, Toronto and Washington to finish last in their divisions. CHONE actually had Pittsburgh climbing out of last place; maybe there's hope for the Pirates yet.
ReplyDeleteThe AL West and NL West both look to be interesting this year.
They need another column in the graphs for John Kruk's predictions/projections, purely for entertainment value. Let's see if he picks KC to win the division again this year.
John Kurk picked Kansas City last year to win the AL Central. I will never forget that. Maybe the most ridiculous thing I heard in my entire lifetime.
